Areas of practice: Commercial Litigation.

Associate Counsel handling all aspects of civil litigation, focusing on commercial disputes and business torts. Prior to joining Underwood Perkins, Buether practiced intellectual property and commercial litigation representing game developers and business owners in both patent infringement disputes and contract disputes. He has successfully represented individuals in both Federal and State court and obtained a reversal from the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals on a motion pertaining to patent eligibility under 35 U.S.C. §101.
