Ms. Mueller’s practice includes all aspects of divorce, custody, child support, support of special needs children and adults, spousal maintenance, enforcement, modifications, protective orders (contested and uncontested), co-habitation, prenuptial and post nuptial agreements. She also assists her clients in drafting wills, planning for the disposition of their estate, and navigating contested and uncontested matters through probate court including contested guardianships for disabled and elderly individuals. Ms. Mueller appears before District and Probate Courts in Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, Kaufman, and Wise counties, Texas.
