Director practicing in litigation, primarily involving employment law, complex commercial matters and torts. Experienced in representing employers in all aspects of employment law, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, OFCCP and FLSA. Also represents employers who have opted out of the Texas Workers' Compensation System. The commercial litigation areas of experience include enforcement and defense of non-compete agreements, construction and real estate litigation and oil and gas litigation in state and federal courts. Tort law experience includes the defense of personal injury, common-law fraud, Deceptive Trade Practices and premises liability matters.
